Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Xevox. Can't find an answer? Get in touch.

General

Xevox is a precision health intelligence platform. We integrate your wearable data, lab results, and — with Genomitex — your genetic profile to generate personalised, evidence-aligned health insights. The goal is to help you identify risks earlier and act more proactively, not to diagnose or replace clinical care.
No. Xevox is a wellness and health intelligence tool — not a regulated medical device. It does not provide clinical diagnoses, and insights should not be treated as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Xevox is designed for health-conscious adults who want to understand their biology more deeply — individuals tracking their own health, families, and healthcare providers looking for continuous, longitudinal data on their patients.
We're launching in the UK. Early access members will be invited first. Join the list to be notified the moment we open.

Your data

Xevox uses data from connected wearables (heart rate, HRV, sleep, activity), lab results you upload, user-reported health information, and — on the Genomitex plan — your raw genetic data file. You control what you share.
We support Apple Health, Google Fit, Oura Ring, Garmin, Fitbit, and more. Lab results can be uploaded manually or via supported integrations.
No — you can start with manual data entry and lab results. A wearable unlocks continuous monitoring and richer insights, but it's not required to get started.

Privacy

Never. Your health data is yours. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for advertising — full stop.
Yes. Xevox is designed and operated in full compliance with UK GDPR. Your data is processed lawfully, stored securely, and you can request deletion at any time.
Genetic data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in isolated infrastructure, and never shared with any third party. You can delete your genetic data at any time from within the app.

Plans & pricing

Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes apply from your next billing date. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
Annual billing with a discount is planned. Early access members will be offered it first when available.
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export it. After 30 days it is deleted permanently unless you request otherwise.

Genetics

We accept raw DNA export files from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, and MyHeritage in .txt or .zip format. We do not require a new DNA test — use what you already have.
No. Genomitex provides polygenic risk scores and evidence-based context — not clinical diagnoses. If results raise concerns, we encourage you to discuss them with a qualified healthcare professional or genetic counsellor.
Our models are built on peer-reviewed GWAS studies and validated polygenic risk methodologies. They are designed to be evidence-aligned and responsible, not diagnostic.

Technical

Yes — Xevox is available as a mobile app for iOS and Android, with a web dashboard for deeper analysis. Early access members get the app on launch.
A developer API for healthcare providers and research partners is in development. Contact us if you're interested in early access to the API.
