Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Xevox mobile application (“App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Xevox Health Ltd (“Xevox”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. The Service
3.1 Description
Xevox is a personal health intelligence platform that:
- Aggregates health data from wearable devices and manual inputs
- Provides biomarker tracking, health insights, and trend analysis
- Offers health risk assessments based on your data
- Delivers genetic risk reports and pharmacogenomic insights (GenomiteX tier)
- Tracks medications and adherence
- Generates personalised health recommendations
3.2 Not medical advice
THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. XEVOX DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the Service.
Genetic risk scores represent statistical probabilities, not diagnoses. They should be discussed with a genetic counsellor or healthcare provider.
4. Accounts
4.1 Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4.2 Account security
Notify us immediately at support@xevoxhealth.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and payments
5.1 Plans
Xevox offers subscription tiers:
- Core: basic health tracking, biomarkers, insights, and self-reporting
- GenomiteX: includes genetic analysis, polygenic risk scores, and pharmacogenomic insights
5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
5.3 Free trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5.5 Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Your data
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all personal data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Xevox a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
6.2 Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
6.3 Data portability
You may export your data at any time through the App or by contacting support@xevoxhealth.com.
6.4 Genetic data
Genetic data uploaded to GenomiteX is processed solely to generate your personal risk reports. We do not share identifiable genetic data with third parties. You may delete your genetic data at any time.
7. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Use the Service to provide medical advice to others
- Share your account credentials with others
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
8. Intellectual property
8.1 Our property
The Service, including its design, features, content, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Xevox Health Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in the Service.
8.2 Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Fitbit, Garmin, Stripe). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Xevox is not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Health insights or risk scores will be accurate or complete
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XEVOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xevox, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
13.1 By you
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App or contacting support@xevoxhealth.com.
13.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.
14. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Xevox regarding the Service.
